The company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for creating personalised web experiences for sales and marketing purposes, subject to this EULA.

Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
a) Use the Service or Replicas for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorised purpose.
b) Create or use Replicas of individuals without their explicit, informed consent.
c) Use Replicas of other employees or individuals without their and your customer's permission.
d) Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the Service's source code.
e) Use the Service to violate any individual's privacy or rights.
f) Use Replicas for harassment, bullying, or any form of abuse.
g) Create or use Replicas for pornographic, sexually explicit, or defamatory content.
h) Use Replicas to spread misinformation, propaganda, or engage in political manipulation.Sell, trade, or commercially exploit Replicas without explicit permission.
i) Use Replicas to impersonate individuals for fraudulent purposes.
j) Create Replicas of minors or use Replicas in any way that could exploit or harm minors.
k) Use Replicas to bypass security measures or gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
l) Create or use Replicas of public figures or celebrities without proper authorisations.
m) Use the Service to infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

a) You must obtain explicit, informed consent from any individual before creating or using their Replica.
b) You must immediately cease use of a Replica if the individual withdraws their consent.

d) The Company will permanently delete the Replica and associated Personal Data from its systems within 2 weeks of receiving a deletion request.
e) You acknowledge that deletion of a Replica may affect the functionality of previously created content.
